The admissions process at Country Brook Montessori School is designed to ensure the best possible school experience for you and your family.
When accepted, students are enrolled for the full school year. We do not accept partial year or temporary enrollments, however special arrangements may be made for those applying to enter the program after the school year has begun.
Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of the school.
Country Brook Montessori School accepts children without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability provided that the school can meet the needs of the child.
Interested in learning more?
1.Schedule a tour. The school’s Director will meet with the parent(s) to discuss the Montessori program and the student’s / parent’s needs. An information & application packet will be provided at this time. 2.Submit completed application. 3.Student Observation / Visit. New applicants may be required to visit the school and interview with the Director and/or prospective teacher. The interview/screening may be done to determine the child’s skill levels and may be used to assist in the determination of acceptance and classroom placement. Children transferring from other programs are required to provide transcripts. 4.Acceptance. Families will be notified in writing regarding acceptance. Upon acceptance, forms requesting additional information will be provided. When returned with appropriate registration fees, your place in Country Brook Montessori School will be confirmed.
Start dates and classroom placement are determined by a number of factors including capacities, gender ratios, ages, and prior school experience. A child may be wait-listed for an appropriate opening. The registration fee for a wait-listed child will be due when the start date has been determined.
